Cocobol returns and refunds
You have 15 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. This extends the statutory 14-day period without limiting your legal rights, including the rules for calculating deadlines. More favourable terms offered for an earlier order continue to apply to that order.
Exercise your right of withdrawal online

Sign in with the email address used for your order and the code sent by email, select the order and items concerned, request cancellation or return depending on their fulfilment status, then confirm your request. An acknowledgement is sent to you by email after you submit your declaration.
You may notify us of your withdrawal before delivery and for 15 days after receiving the last item in your order. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day. Exercising this right requires neither a reason nor prior approval.

Return costs and product condition
If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee. Return the products and their accessories with suitable protection, preferably in the original packaging. New, opened or briefly tested products are accepted. You may examine the product; you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Discounted products retain their statutory withdrawal rights.
Refunds
We refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of posting, whichever comes first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no extra cost. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge; any surcharge for a more expensive delivery method you selected is excluded.
Faulty or damaged products and incorrect orders
Contact thom.concept@gmail.com so we can arrange assistance. Statutory guarantees apply at no cost to the consumer. The change-of-mind return postage rule does not apply to a defect covered by those guarantees.
